Payment Gateway Disclaimer:
When proceeding with your online payment, funds will be deducted from your card in the designated currency of the program.
· Should the transaction be successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you of the completed payment generated from our side.
· We shall not hold any liability for any payment that was not successful due to any incorrectly entered details,
· You will be informed whenever your payment transaction is unsuccessful. Noting that you should get in touch with your card provider for further details.
· All additional charges imposed by your bank or the payment gateway service shall be solely borne by you using the online payment system.
· A payment gateway service will be used to process each and every payment transaction. Your provided details will only be used in order to process the online payment. We adhere to the data protection regulations and laws and acknowledge that nothing is disclosed to any other third-party.
You agree to indemnify and hold PASS harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and actions that you, the customer, may bring about through the online payment gateway by using our online payment service. Whenever a customer uses our online payment service and any losses take place, whether direct or indirect, PASS and its employees will not be held responsible.
